Competition days
The tournament starts midday on Thursday May 14th of May and ends in the afternoon on May 17th. On Sunday, only finals are played, in some cases also semi-finals.
All EB teams finish playing the tournament on Saturday.
Important dates
- April 5th - The last day of registration is April 5th. Registrations received by us after April 5th cannot be guaranteed a place in the tournament.
- April 5th - Desired sizes for this year's edition of cup t-shirts must be completed by April 5th at the latest. If they are not filled in before April 5th, we take the liberty of filling them in for you. So you won't leave completely empty-handed!
- April 5th - the number of cup cards must be registered.
- April 15th - Due date for cup card costs. All cup course costs must be at our disposal by April 15th at the latest.

Fees below apply to U13 and older:

What is included in the Cup card?
Cup card Blue
- Accommodation on hard ground.
- Meals (three breakfasts, three lunches, three dinners)
- Transfer by bus from arrival destination (Airport/train station/bus station/port) to accommodation.
- Free travel with Stockholms local traffic (SL).
Cup card Yellow
- Meals (three lunches, three dinners)
- Transfer by bus from arrival destination (Airport/train station/bus station/port) to accommodation.
- Free travel with Stockholms local traffic (SL).
The registration fee have to be payed at the latest 10 days after the registration. The team isn´t in the tournamnet until the payment is received.
The payment for the cupcards have to payed at the latest the 15 th of April 2026.
Payment in Sweden
Payment for registration fee and cupcards to BG: 365-6907. Make sure to state the payment-id and club, example. "1002, Duvbo GU17".
The registration fee includes a cup shirt for all participants (12 pcs/team, if you want more, you can buy more for SEK 49 each). You fill in the size of the shirts on your cup page under the heading products.

Refund
Neither the registration fee nor the cup cards is refunded if a team withdraws from the tournament. Teams that withdraw from the tournament as late as one week before draft are charged SEK 3500, the association is charged via invoice.
